Regulated

We appreciate the trust placed in us by landlords and tenants when they choose Oakwood Property Management as a partner. We choose to be members of arla propertymark, and TPOS (The Property Ombudsman Scheme) and to work within the guidelines of best practice provided by these associations. We are fully regulated by these bodies and this provides our landlords and tenants with the assurance that they will receive the highest level of customer service.  With being regulated by arla propertymark you are protected with the Client Money Protection Scheme and TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) deposit protection scheme.
